We were relocating to Chicago with a laundry list of must-haves that, frankly, most agents would’ve side-eyed—but not Lindsey and Cadey. They took it all in stride, asked the right questions, and somehow found us a place that checked every box. They know the city inside and out, spotted red flags before we even noticed them, and handled the offer like pros. We're moving into our dream home and already know who we’ll be calling when it’s time to move again.

Cadey and her team are consummate professionals when it comes to selling homes. We have worked with Cadey for a number of years, and she continues to exceed our expectations. Cadey understands the housing market (especially for Lincoln Park), how to buy/sell your home, and how to make things move. We were introduced to Cadey a few years ago and she helped get our condo rented. Her attention to detail at that time was what impressed us, and after following her recommendations, our condo was rented. We recently sold our condo in Lincoln Park, and it was Cadey’s guidance and understanding of the market and what buyers were looking for, that got us a co...

We had the pleasure of working with Cadey and her team on a recent new construction home in Lincoln Park. Cadey was constantly looking for innovative ways to market the property that certainly went above and beyond the status quo. She studies the market and has an up to the minute understanding of market conditions. Her use of social media and videos for marketing is top notch. We look forward to working with Cadey and Co. again in the future.

Cadey is great. I’ve used her for 3 transactions and counting. She is a true professional who knows her markets, what you should pay, or how a property should be priced. Best of all she is always available or immediately returns calls-even months after a deal is closed!

We worked with Cadey to find our dream townhouse in Lincoln Park. The market was tough but Cadey was super diligent. She got us into the townhouse we bought before it was on the MLS enabling us to make the most competitive offer. We would not have been able to get it without her connections, hustle, and attention to our interests. Since landing the house, she’s connected us with contractors and decorators to make updates to the house. Cadey goes above and beyond, including after the transaction is done. Highly recommend!

We worked with Cadey to purchase our home in Bucktown. We were moving back downtown from the suburbs and Cadey was great at helping us narrow down the type of property we wanted and location. Cadey is honest, caring, and incredibly hard working. She went above and beyond to communicate with us, get us into see properties and follow up with all parties. Cadey stayed in close contact during the due diligence/closing period and provided resources, advice and guidance. She was a pleasure to work with and I can't recommend her enough.

Cadey is amazing! I've been working with her for years and she has represented me on both the buy and sell side. She knows all the nuances of the industry and is one of the few realtors who I feel is truly working in my best interest. Her knowledge of the Lincoln Park and Lakeview neighborhoods in particular is unparalleled.

Cadey O’Leary is the ultimate professional realtor who knows what she is talking about. She has incredible knowledge of the market and closes deals! She is trustworthy, dynamic and very hardworking for her clients.

Cadey and her wonderful team have been partnering with us for the past decade, working with us on two home purchases and one sale and we appreciate her expertise, and her unwavering commitment and follow through. Cadey has so many resources and gives us confidence in the home buying/selling process. Thanks Cadey!

Cadey is a stellar realtor specializing in high end luxury residential real estate. As an Architect / Developer, I have collaborated with her on several projects and gained immensely from her unique insight and marketing expertise. She brings the same attention to detail for every project and is able to quickly identify any missing expertise gaps and fills them with the right people from her wide network of professional and personal contacts. I regularly follow her market insights which cut through the confusing data and delivers localized information that I would like to know in a short format. Among top agents in the city, her communication and m...

Cadey is wonderful to work with. She is incredibly knowledgable of the market and so dedicated to her clients. She helped us buy our first home and was so helpful to us in navigating the process and, ultimately, getting a wonderful house. She continues to be a great resource to us. We highly recommend working with her!

Let me start review with: highly recommend!! Cadey was very positive and encouraging in our real estate search, which, unfortunately, had many restrictions. Although our requirements eliminated most of available options, Cadey managed to find exactly what we needed. She’s very professional as well as personable and was a joy to work with. We love our new home and we thank Cadey for finding it for us!!

As a first time home buyer, Cadey and her team were amazing partners. They walked me though each step and taught me how to evaluate homes. I knew she had my best interests when trying to make a deal and helped me navigate the current housing market.

Cadey and Lindsey helped us find our new home in Chicago, and they were truly extraordinary! Every step of the way, they were knowledgeable, efficient, and proactive. This team consistently goes above and beyond, not just meeting expectations, but exceeding them. They handled everything with professionalism, precision, and genuine care. We couldn't be more grateful for them ❤️

We had such a great experience with Cadey. She provided invaluable assistance and guidance in getting our home sold quickly and at our asking price. With her knowledge and experience she was always able to provide detailed/intelligent responses and advice to any and all of our questions/concerns. She made us feel like family.

Cadey is an absolute Rockstar real estate agent. Her and her team are dedicated, detailed and wonderful to work with. Truly understanding the Chicago luxury market is difficult, however, Cadey is on point at all times. I wouldn't trust anybody, but Cadey with any of our future sales.

Cadey and her team went above and beyond to find a home for my husband and I that checks all our boxes. The customer service and special attention we received from Cadey and her team are second to none. Five stars all the way around!

Cadey is the best of the best! After working with my parents to help sell their condo a few years ago, we've stayed in touch and have become friends. She helped with not only the recent purchase of our condo, but also my sister and her husband's, all within the same month. Cadey managed to juggle both of us, amongst other clients, and help us both find amazing homes that were exactly what we were looking for. As a realtor and friend, she offered advice & guidance for our first home buying experience that was much needed. You can trust Cadey and know she always has your best interests in mind, and she knows how to get the deal done!! Thank you Cadey.

As I have told the friends and family I have referred Cadey to, she is the best. She knows her stuff, she's professional, organized and very responsive. She does an excellent job of staying on top of the process without being pushy. I am in commercial real estate and have my broker' license but I've hired Cadey to sell all my prior homes to make sure I achieve the best price and everything is done right!

I referred Cadey to my dear friends in Chicago. They could not be more pleased with her professionalism, market knowledge, and sensitivity to their needs during a difficult time for their family. As a courtesy, she kept me informed of the milestones in their process and successful sale. I will recommend Cadey to anyone planning to either buy or sell a home in the Chicago area.

Cadey and team were extremely helpful on all accounts with our recent Chicago condo purchase. Cadey is readily available and extremely knowledgeable of the Chicago market. She followed through from beginning to end. She is dependable and very dedicated to her clients needs. We are very happy with our purchase and so glad we worked with Cadey!

Cadey was beyond fantastic in helping us sell our home. From tip sheets to text-based check ins, she made us feel confident as first-time home sellers. Her expertise is abundant, and she has wide connections to amazing ancillary individuals to help with anything you need along the way. Most importantly, the personal touches she provides made us feel so supported. Our only regret in this process is that we are moving to another state and won't get the opportunity to work with Cadey again. She is nothing short of the absolute best!
